Offshore Seals (Asia) Pte Ltd manufactures a wide range of Seals and Ring Type Joint Gaskets for the oil and gas industry.

The company, established for over 14 years, has the largest dedicated CNC Seal Manufacturing System in Southeast Asia.

The company designs and produces a comprehensive range of elastomeric seals and O-rings with both standard and custom profiles and is one of the pioneers in the region to produce the variety of seals that cannot be bought ‘off the shelf’. Offshore Seals custom-designs and manufactures seals, either through injection moulding, compression moulding or turning, in sizes as ranging from 5mm to 2.5m diameter. The company’s seals were first used and approved by major oil companies and are now supplied to customers worldwide.

Offshore Seals has also been manufacturing Ring Type Joint Gaskets and Precision Metal Components in our state of the art facility since 2008. We have over 8,000 sq. ft. where we are able to machine, fabricate, assemble and test to our customer requirements. This leads to clear advantages where Offshore Seals designs and produces both metal components and the seals.
